Hi Darla the answer is YES. I am using now for nine months 2 capsules a day and the 20% spray but I may switch to there new spray they said its even stronger. I use the spray 2 times a day.

I have noticed increased heaviness and firmness, but no real growth. Maybe it is because I have a bigger cup size, but have lost a lot of firmness and some volume over the years.

Is there a dosage from the spray? I'm using the Ultimate Spray and am going through a bottle pretty quickly. I'm probably using too much but there is no dosage anywhere in the literature that came with my bottle or on the Ainterol website. At this rate I'll go through a spray bottle once every 2 weeks. Am I overdosing?
