Hi there,
Before you put on the cream/spray, do you all shower/bath? That means you need to shower two times a day? I am a busy mom with two little kids. This is a 24-hours job. Sometimes I rather rest than shower. I just started to take pueraria mirifica capsules for about a month. But I couldn't keep up with the cream. How do you all clean your breasts before putting on the cream/spray? Any quick way or short-cut? Thanks! |

Hi Ela, thanks for your reply. But the first layer of the cream from the morning is already blocking the pores and/or skin. If I re-apply the cream again, the cream would not absorb well, I guess? How do everybody clean their skin before applying the cream? Just wondering...

I use the cream 4 times a day, but only shower once. I think keeping one's breasts constantly soaking up the cream is working for me just fine. It has been only 3 1/2 weeks since I started but I definitely see results.

Thanks for your help! |

Sure, Glad to help. Yes, I am using the pills too. Twice a day, but I am thinking of trying to use a larger dose to sort of jumpstart everything. But for now just 1000mg's perday and the cream 4 times a day. I have the spray on order and will try that when it arrives.

You might also try having some kind of cleaning wipe, like baby wipes without any residue like aloe or lanolin. It would be more convenient.
