have you tried yogurt, or ice cream or you can try Ovaltine or Carnation instant breakfast, that is what I did, when I was using the powder.

Hi Darla. I did. I tried the yogurt. I mixed it into 6oz of yogurt. I used the Fage brand. I still got the texture. I am scared to try ice cream - just lost 70 pounds.

I can deal will bad tasting things, but not bad taste plus that kind of texture. So the only thing I can think is to use less in the yogurt still...

Why don't you just use the capsules if the taste is that bad? The difference in price isn't that drastic.
