Has anyone one had very irregular periods? Or am I the only one, Just wondering thank you, I have used the powder for about 3 months now. Huh

I guess it is adusting to the herb!

I haven't had an irregular period. I have had more painful periods though...

Hope someone else chimes in.

I have used the pills for about 3 months/cycles as well. And I also have had very irregular periods. Before PM, my periods were very regular. While on PM, I had 1 long cycle, 1 short cycle, and then 1 long cycle. The 2 long cycles had a few days of spotting before the next period started. The period after the short cycle was heavy, painful and long, too. By the way, I did not take PM during period. Just want to give my body a break.

How about you? What happened?

Well, at the beginning when I started using the powder, I had my period, then in April it was just spotting, And now I am spotting and having a light period. I am using the powder. Before I was taking to much, because I didn't have the spoon and didn't know how much to use.

Before using the powder my period was a little regular, but now it wacky, And I asked about if I should take a break from the PM, then they said no, just let my body adjust to it, it should go back to normal in about 2 to 3 months. Confused

Also I have not missed a day of the powder, I have taken it for over two months now. And Now it started going heavy, so hopefully it will go down. I have been wearing pad this whole month.

Mine was irregular for the first 3 months but has been fine since then for the last 6 months. Yes it should rergulate back mine did or you could try switching to 14 days on then 14 days off you will just get results a bit slower. By the way I gained over a cup size on them during the nine months what about you?

I have only been on them for 4 months. As for not taking them for 14 days, they recommend I not do that. Since I have been taking this far.

the two last guests are me Darla, I can't login for some reason, But my period was heavy and painful last month, but it was the regular days, that I have for regular.

I mean it was seven days, like before I started the treatment.
