For a month prior to PM I was using Natureday. I also combined PM with Feminol and Evanesce ES.

Hi Neoline - just use the pueraria mirifica alone adding other products will actually weeken the effects as the weeker phyto's will bind to the estrogen receptors blocking the pueraria from attaching and activating the growth.

Thanks for the tip, I'll be back to PM soon. I'd taken a month off work, but now i am back. I also bought a body shaper from squeem and it looks like i have lost some weight. More pics at the end of this month.
