Just started taking the pills, 1000 mg twice a day, along with using the spray on each breast twice a day also. Has been less than a week, having some minor sensation of breasts feeling "fuller" and the slightest tenderness in my nipples. Too early to tell if this is mind over matter or not. I took a pic of day one, and will take pics along the way. One negative point, even after a shower, my wife says there is a film on my nipples that leaves a bad taste in her mouth when she licks my nipples, not sure if this is from the spray or from the PM coming out of my pores of my breasts.
