The Extract Contains no Preservatives...Is it in Alcohol?
I know alcohol is a preservative itself, but I have a very bad reaction to it, so I need to be sure there is no alcohol in the extract before ordering. Does anyone know?

Also, if there are no preservatives, does it need to be refrigerated?
