Ive been taking pueria murifica on and off for 4 years -

I stopped taking the products for a yearish and the effects were gone then. my boobs went back to being really small but my periods stayed light and i didnt have any cramps etc.

After that then (end/2010)I found out about PM powder, I took that for about 6-9months along with the cream and that helped firm up my bust but they didnt grow. i drank it with milk and used the cream 1-2 times a day. But the effects werent drastic!
In 2011 I then bought the pills and spray. I first used the perfect c tablet which is NOT GOOD. didnt do ANYTHING!! Then i took a few weeks of the PM tablet - I have the pure d 500 tablet.
i stopped taking them now but i have about 3 months worth along with the sprays - ten10 and extreme20 - i want to start back again but I want to make sure my boobs grow to their fullest!!

I was wondering if there are any tips to enhance the growth? I heard milk is good but which one semi? whole? Also soy milk too is meant to be good??
Ia there any other things I could do to enhance the effects of PM tablet?!

I have used PM for 8 going on 9 months. Here are my comments with pictures. For clarity purposes, I have included some personal information because I think there are other guys like me reading this forum on a regular basis who want to increase their breast size to something tangible while remaining functional men and continuing to satisfy their female partners. That is, we are not trying to fully feminize. We also want to keep our business private. If anyone has any questions, post them or send me a private e-mail.

In my case, I use the gynomastia excuse as needed. Many men are overweight, have a poor diet, or once worked out on a regular basis and then stopped. Medicines for almost any condition can also cause male breast growth. So while we are trying to grow breasts on purpose, if necessary, we can provide deniability. Who notices when? Females you are intimate with will not notice until you have something noticible. If you represent yourself as straight, the gynomastia excuse works very well. We all know guys in the work place that always have bigger stomachs than the expecting women in the office. The same way that bigger breasts on straight guys are not uncommon. Providing of course the breasts are not gigantic. Regarding guys with guys - In a straight setting, like at a gym or in any physical training or sports - most won't ask and don't care. If someone says something, be vague and use the medicine excuse. If you are intimate with other guys, they will notice your breast growth almost immediately and say something like "nice breasts".

For the majority of the time I have used PM, I took the suggested doseage of two 500mg capsules daily (total 1000 mg a day). When I used the suggested dosage, I had no problems. Periodically I increased the dosage to 2000mg or 3000mg a day. At that point my nipples started to really hurt and I also lost the ability to get, keep and maintain an erection. When that happened, I just stopped using PM for a week or ten days at which point my nipples stopped hurting and I could resume getting and maintaining erections. Then I resumed taking PM at the suggested doseage of 1000mg a day without any problems.

Bottom Line: PM is very strong and really does work.

Yes, though I wish there were more photo evidence. However lets us set you some expectations, shall we? Nothing comes without a price, here is a short list.


1 !Time! - to get a real set of boobs...one that even the doc's wont try to pass of as gyno...takes at least two years...for the average male (from my biased observations)

2 It's something that requires a serious mind and attention to detail, your not tinkering with your lawnmower, this is your body. You can if you want take them back off the same way, you simply reverse the process. The thing is ... well read 3... its not just take this and it will happen.....you have to live through it emotionally...

3 What you are not hearing about is the real side effects of altering your (ph) so to speak...(LOLOLOL) are emotional. Especially for a male, to be emmersed into the world of estrogen is like takeing a walk into permant PMS ville a roller coaster you wont soon forget. I have heard some say that thier genitals grow smaller, and that they loose ejaculate. I would have to say, to each thier own and you know what I mean everyone is different. Personally I find it increased and with the application of some other secrets I have ... ummm...grown a bit at the same time. Though a couple days were a problem overall the prices I have paid to attain my gentle slopes was minimal considering the return.

My personal formula for success.

Use the powder form of PM, and by it in the bulk containers. 500gm For two of those it will last you like forever (going on 1.5 years). Follow the directions as written, To make capsules I just get crap herbs at bulk prices (usually saw palmetto so it does not add unwanted leftovers to the regamine)
and empty the caps and fill em with the recommended amount with the included spoon. Also, from the powder form you can make your own versions of liquid and creme applications though probably not as effective was what you can buy for Ainterol, if yer on a budget (like me) it works well enough. You just need to give the powder time to become one with what ever you are adding it too...(I bake it into oat bread...heh.)

It also seems to have had the best effect out of all the forms I have used. Topical as well as internal (orally you swine! ), to this add NO OTHER phytoestrogen, all others are weaker and get in the way.
Add instead saw palmetto, strongest male blocker from nature, combined with strongest female adder (PM) (trying to be non technical bear with me folks)you have a winning combination. OK

Thats for additives, now for motion, mind, and matter.

One, massage em daily, make it part of your routine everytime you brush your teeth, rub your girls. At night, when you rub em, use heat, form is not as important as substance....heat and rub...hot water, heating pad, hot partner...what have you.

include in this motion some mind, as you rub visualize the girls you want to have never waiver, keep that image once or more a day while rubbing. Mind SET !! everything is in rythem, are YOU? Females rythm every 30 days or so, so does the moon. Rythem a week out of 4 for the small application of progesterone at the thighs nightly for say the week of the full moon, to simulate a female rythem. Estrogen is NOTHING without progesterone.

matter, ... NEEEEEEEEED is what matters, your body will respond to true need. what do you need boobs for?
