Directions:

We recommend to take 2 caps per day (morning one capsule and evening second one). Do not take at same time. If you want to combine the power of Butea Superba Extract. Start taking it after 1 week of using Butea Superba capsules. You can boost your performance level higher week after week in 5-6 months of intensive use.

Take a note that if you take Krachaidam capsule after a high-fat meal (such as fish 'n' chips, fatty beef or pork stake, cheeseburger or French fries), it absorb much slower & less and it takes much longer to start working.

If you have or you suspect you have Peptic ulcer. Start to take only 1 capsule daily for 1-2 weeks and increase to 2 capsule daily intake.


Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Krachaidam, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.

Side-effects

Increased blood flow may cause flushes in your face. This stabilises in first 2 weeks time.
