Directions:

For best results, use AINTEROL™ Pueraria Mirifica Breast Spray X-TREME20 once in the morning and at night. Spray onto the breast and surrounding areas then massage breast gently for 3-5 minutes carefully avoiding the nipples. Repeat on the other breast.
