How to take it

We recommend to take 2 capsule per day (morning one capsule and evening second one). Do not take at same time. If you want to combine the power of Butea Superba Extract. Taking BSE after 1 week of using Tung Saw capsules. You can boost your performance level higher week after week in 5-6 months of intensive use.

Take a note that if you take Tung Saw capsule after a high-fat meal (such as fish 'n' chips, fatty beef or pork stake, cheeseburger or French fries), it absorb much slower & less and it takes much longer to start working.


Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Tung Saw, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule.

Side-effects

Reported side effects include insomnia, anxiety, and restlessness. Do not overdose Tung Saw.
