Delays to Brazil and Canada 11/01/2014 and continues

Brazil is one of the slowest countries to clear items through customs - expect items to take on average 6 weeks - it could take longer!

Canada recently has become very slow as well with delivery times ranging greatly from 2 weeks to 2 months with average around 4 weeks.

There is nothing we can do about the delays it is country and customs related.
