Try sublingual. You’ll get more estrogen that way.

Also SL negates first pass through the liver which does make it more bioavailable. Another thing w SL it decreases the chance of developing a DVT.
Im taking mine SL Im 57yrs old and Dr says its safer that way for us older gals. Im on 50mg Spironolactone BID and 6 mg Estradiol divided dose 4 in am and 2 in PM. Carrie |
