What dosage works best for you?
I just started taking PM almost 2 months ago at 500mg/day. Very little results so far. I have been wondering if I should increase to 1g/day. I want to read as many testimonials as I can so I can make sure I'm on a regimen that will give me the best results possible, or at least the best that my genetics will allow lol.

Some important factors to consider is your body weight as with any intake of supplements or medication the more of your body weight the more that you need to take per day most people take 1,000 to 2,000 with the extreme being 3,000 mg I myself have been on 2000 mg for a year now and just stepped up to having 1500 mg in the morning and 1,000 in the afternoon I've tried 3000 myself and it appears to be a bit too much for me as with a proper intake you want to consider taking calcium with this also but don't I think more of them is better with calcium observe when an adult male should take and stick to that and you can't go wrong
