acne and nipples constanly hard
I'm about a month into 1k pm a day and also taking sp/lr/reishi

i'm 35

my acne has increased on face and my nipples are constantly hard leading me to be horny quite a bit- still easil;y getting hardons

What can i do about my spots ?
or my horniness- is it in my head? should i take more red reishi?
